Purchase Information

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to hold the puppy of your choice. $100 is due once you are added to a waitlist, and $200 will due once puppies are born and you make your selection. Deposits are transferable for up to one year. The deposit is part of the total price of the puppy. For example: puppy is $1200 with $300 deposit put down = $900 due at pick up. Our accepted payment methods are cash, Apple Pay, and Good Dog.

Shipping

Shipping options are available to those who don't live near Missouri. Shipping expenses are paid by the buyer. Ground shipping or air travel are available options. Puppies can be shipped as soon as they are 8 weeks old in most cases. Let us know if you are considering a shipping method so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Contract

Here is a copy of our contract. All sales are subject to this contract, no exceptions. Please read through it and familiarize yourself with it as it must be signed before you take possession of your puppy.

What comes with your puppy

All of our puppies go home with AKC registration, either Limited Rights or Full Rights.

Limited AKC = still registered with the AKC, spay/neuter mandatory, ineligible to be entered in a breed competition in a licensed or member dog show-- however can be entered in other events including Obedience, Rally, Agility, Tracking, Field Trials, Hunting Tests, Herding, Lure Coursing, Earthdog, Fast Cat, CAT, Scentwork, Junior Showmanship, Trick Dog and CGC. Limited AKC is best suited for a family pet.

Full AKC = allows you to breed your dog at the appropriate age and register the litter with the AKC. It also allows the dog to be entered in an AKC breed competition. This option is only available to approved breeder homes.

Our current pricing is $1,200 Limited or $1,600 Full. If our prices change, the people who are already on a wait list for a puppy will not be affected by the change.

Both Limited and Full options come with a puppy pack! The puppy pack includes:

sample of food, collar and leash, blanket with mom's scent, vaccination and worming record, two year genetic guarantee and 72 hour health guarantee, bag of treats, toys, a natural chew, can of pumpkin for digestive upset due to new environment, parents Embark results, a guide to potty training & crate training, and lifetime breeder support

Our application might seem a little long but a lot of it is short answer :) we feel that these questions are important so we can know more about you and the type of home our puppies will be going to!

Additional Information

All of our puppies are dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age. We deworm our mothers-to-be 10 days before they give birth as well as when the puppies are dewormed to help reduce chance of infection. Even with these safeguards in place, it is still possible for your puppy to contract a parasite such as giardia or coccidia. Stress is a big factor-- some immune systems can handle it better than others. These parasites can also come from environmental factors including drinking infected water and ingesting contaminated feces. If you plan on taking your puppy to the dog park, it's best to wait until they have all their shots (usually by 16 weeks of age) and while you can't always control where they drink, it's a good idea to bring a water bowl just for your pup to drink out of. Giardia and coccidia are fairly easy to treat and not considered life threatening in most cases, and therefore are not covered under our health guarantee. Our health guarantee is in our contract above.
Our puppies undergo Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) from 3 days old to 16 days old. ENS stimulation involves holding the puppy in various positions and exposing them to different sensations. This is believed to impact the neurological system by kicking it into action earlier than normally expected, the result being an increased capacity that will positively impact its performance later on in life. At 3 weeks old, puppies will begin to be socialized further. They will slowly be introduced to our pack (6 dogs total). They will be exposed to new sights, smells and sounds. Sounds including the tv, radio, music, fireworks, vacuum, doors slamming, dishes being dropped, and other noises considered startling. This will help them feel more at ease when they hear these noises in their forever homes. They will also be walked on different surfaces and will have outside time in our secured yard to explore and sniff around. We feel that these methods will give our puppies the best start in life.
We do not breed for eye color. We do not guarantee any eye color, coat color or length. If you're looking for a puppy with a specific eye color, we might not be the right breeder for you.
Anyone interested in one of our puppies must fill out our puppy application. Once we review it, we will contact you as soon as we can. At this point the $200 deposit is required to hold the puppy of your choice (this applies to those who are not on a waitlist who are inquiring about a puppy marked available-- the policies for the people on a waitlist is in the Planned Pairings tab). Once the deposit is received, the puppy will be marked reserved. We must receive the full balance remaining on the puppy by the time they are picked up. We do not allow payment plans at this time. We will try to post photos a few times a week; once a week minimum. We are always open to sending you extra pictures if requested and making video calls!
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to anyone for any reason. Filling out our application does not guarantee you a puppy.
We do not allow visitations to our house for the safety of our family and our puppies. As I mentioned, I'm more than happy to share extra photos of your puppy and for you to see your puppy in a video call (FaceTime or Google Duo). If you are picking up your puppy, I will designate an area for us to meet at. Good Dog says it best!
